INTRODUCTION For the natural,
physical development of life on any planet the geologic evolution has to take
place first. Therefore, the initial planetary life processes can not unfold
any faster than the initial geological physical metamorphoses of the planet
will permit. When physical
conditions on the planet are ripe than the Life Carrier assisted biological
mental evolutions may take place; when biological mind status is propitious,
sudden spiritual transformations may occur; when spiritual values receive
proper recognition, then cosmic meanings become discernible, and increasingly
the planetary personalities are released from the handicaps of time and
delivered from the limitations of space. SCHEME OF In

the INVOLUTION of the nature
to minerals and then biological EVOLUTION from the first primordial cells
into vegetable,
then animals and then human kingdoms. Planetary

the Urantia planetary life is of experimental
origin and the normal planetary cycles of
evolutionary life development through the rings and chains do not quite apply
in her case. In
addition, Gaia has suffered the evolutionary set-back by the morontia Lucifer – Caligastia and
the physical Anchara
–Anunnaki – planetary Cabal rebellion which
continues even today and
for these reasons the corrective measures have been undertaken through the
“Accelerated Correcting Time” program for Urantia
to correct this 3D to 5D ascending anomaly and bring this planet of Christ
Michael’s 7th bestowal in step with the rest of the evolutionary
dispensational pack in the
local universe of Nebadon. CONCLUSION Physical
chemical elements as such are the principal involutionary
factors in the formation of the
inorganic and organic matter, and are the prerequisite forms of matter
necessary for the formation
of the mechanical (non-teachable) mind, pre-life mind, and the teachable
evolutionary (non-mechanical)
mind of the planetary life evolving through the planetary physical lifewaves stages from
the basic elemental reactive consciousness to its ascending super-human mind.
The
planetary life evolves normally through the Life Carrier established
prescribed pathways of
evolutionary growth. However, this is not the case with the decimal planet Urantia whose evolution
has been also stricken and affected by the morontia
Lucifer - Caligastia’s (2) and the physical Anchara – Anunnaki - planetary
Cabal still present anti-Christ Michael rebellion. For
this reasons, and to bring Michael’s Urantia back
in step with its dispensational planetary peers
the Urantia’s 3D to 5D ascension has been accelerated
through the Christ Michael’s “Mercy
Program” also known as the Urantia’s “Accelerated
